However; with numerous flights a day to popular destinations you'll arrive at the same, or closer, airport at your destination. We encourage our members to share the Membership Air experience with their family, friends and business partners by purchasing guests passes. You will be able to save money compared to buying each employee individual accounts. While employees will be able to travel for business they will also be able to travel for pleasure. People often have to relocate for work, with a business membership you will be able to allow your employees to travel on their off days to visit friends and family or just for fun.

No problem! Cancel any time you like online, phone, or in person. At the end of your current billing period your account will become inactive. Fair warning: to reactivate your account you will have to join the waiting list and will be added back as room becomes available.

Membership Air connects the cities of Fort Worth, Houston, and Midland/Odessa.

We will add destinations in the future based on the needs of our members. Destinations we see adding in the near future include Austin, Little Rock, New Orleans, Oklahoma City, San Antonio, and Tulsa.

Flight times depend on a wide range of factors, with that said all flight times will be about an hour +/- 10 minutes.

Each airport will have concierge service, drinks/snacks, bathrooms, comfortable lobbies, wi-fi, free parking, and enough electrical outlets to give your mobile devices a little boost before your flight. We only ask you to arrive 15 minutes before your flight so these amenities will go mostly unused, but they are there for your convenience.

You can reserve a seat 2 months in advance and up to 15 minutes before departure depending on seat availability.

You can reserve 2, 4 or 6 one way reservations at any time depending on your membership level and seat availability. At some time before you reach your destination your reservation will be freed up so you can use it again as soon as you walk off the plane.

As soon as a flight is filled up a wait-list will be created. We encourage our members to release reservations as soon as they know they are no longer in need of it. Members will be added to the flight in the chronological order in which they joined the wait-list.

At Membership Air we realize plans change all the time. Canceling or rescheduling your reservations is the same process as scheduling and can be done in as little as 30 seconds. We encourage our members to release reservations as soon as they know they will no longer need it as other members may.

To encourage a friendly and respectful community we will enforce penalties for missing flights. The first time you miss or cancel a flight less than 2 hours before departure you will receive no penalty. After the first offense 1 reservation will be held from you for a period of 7 days, you will still be able to use the remaining reservations.

At Membership Air we use a variety of multi-engine jet aircraft to fulfill our needs. This allows us the flexibility to change aircraft depending any number of factors, including switching to larger aircraft to accommodate members on the wait-list. Jet aircraft are incredibly quite. You won't need those expensive noise cancelling headsets.

Membership Air pilots are selected from some of the most experienced and safest pilots out there. When we hire pilots we look at the whole picture, not just the number of hours flown.

All Membership Air jets have restrooms on-board. However we encourage using the restroom before boarding the aircraft or at your destination as the restrooms on our smaller aircraft won't be incredibly comfortable.

On all of our flights you are allowed to bring two bags and up to 45 pounds. On some of our larger aircraft you will be able to bring larger and heavier items including your golf clubs!

No, but the lounge at all of our airports have wi-fi. We encourage our to enjoy a quick nap or socialize with other members, you never know what connections you might make on-board.

At Membership Air the safety of our members comes second to none. We will do everything in our control to keep on schedule but delays will inevitably happen.

All of our aircraft have impeccable safety features and records. We maintain a rigorous maintenance program to ensure that the safest part of your journey is on our aircraft. The jet is the most reliable engine in existence, and each of our aircraft have two.

As part of the membership application, and purchasing of each guest pass, we conduct a thorough security check. When reserving a flight every passenger will go through a FAA screening process. Membership Air also reserves the right to conduct background and security checks at anytime for any reason it sees fit to ensure the safety of it's members.
